UPDATE 7-20-21: Due to the rising COVID cases in our area, effective today, our office will be returning to strictly curbside services. This will apply to all office visits, tech appointments, drop offs, pick ups and medication and product orders.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is of the utmost importance that we keep all of clients and staff members safe. We hope everyone stays safe and stays well.
At this time, our office has begun our Phase 1 reopening, easing back on some of the restrictions we put in place for the safety of our clients and staff during the pandemic. Please read our procedures carefully, as some have changed and some have remained the same.
- Anyone with a doctor’s appointment will now be allowed inside the building during the exam. Upon arriving, you will still need to wait in your car until a technician becomes available. Once availability opens up, one of our technicians will come to your car to bring you and your pet into the office. Masks are required at all times while you are inside the building. If you would prefer not to wear a mask, or are not comfortable being inside the office, curb-side exams are still available as an option.
- All technician appointments and drop-offs are still required to wait in the car. We ask that you please continue to call or text us when you arrive and a tech will come out to your car to get your pet.
- Medication and product refills must still be called in ahead of time. Once you arrive in our parking lot, please call or text us and a receptionist will deliver your order to your car.
- Unfortunately, at this time, we are are still unable to accept any new clients into our office. We do not yet have a projected date for when this will change, but we recommend keeping an eye on this page, and on our facebook page, for the latest updates.
