Tara Dworek, DVM

Dr. Tara Dworek graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at Louisiana State University. Originally from Las Vegas, she has called Florida home for the last 15 years. She originally moved here to work at Walt Disney World and discovered her love for veterinary medicine along the way.

A cat lover at heart, Dr. Tara has a passion for feline medicine and is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and is a certified Feline Friendly Veterinarian. Prior to veterinary school she spent several years working in a cat exclusive practice as well as volunteering with Operation Catnip (a trap-neuter-return program) at the University of Florida. Some of her other interests include dermatology and oncology.

Outside of work, she often finds herself spending time at the local theme parks, catching a play or musical, or simply hanging out at home with her two cats and two dogs.
